นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ใช้สำหรับแอปพลิเคชันโมบาย KidSize ซึ่งพัฒนาและดูแลรับผิดชอบโดย ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และคอมพิวเตอร์แห่งชาติ (NECTEC) ภายใต้สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) ประเทศไทย
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
แอปพลิเคชัน KidSize ออกแบบมาเพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือปฏิบัติงานสำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข และหน่วยงานที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้น เพื่อให้แอปพลิเคชันสามารถทำงานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ ระบบจะมีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้:
- ข้อมูลสุขภาพและโภชนาการ: ได้แก่ ค่าน้ำหนัก ส่วนสูง และค่าดัชนีมวลกายของเด็ก โดยเป็นการดึงข้อมูลโดยอัตโนมัติจากเครื่องชั่งน้ำหนักและวัดส่วนสูงอัจฉริยะ KidSize ที่เชื่อมต่อผ่านระบบ Bluetooth หรือจากการบันทึกข้อมูลโดยเจ้าหน้าที่
- ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน: ได้แก่ รหัสผู้ใช้งาน (User ID) และข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบที่ออกให้โดยผู้ดูแลระบบของหน่วยงาน (แอปพลิเคชันนี้ไม่มีระบบเปิดให้บุคคลทั่วไปลงทะเบียนใช้งานสาธารณะ)
2. การใช้งานข้อมูล
การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลข้างต้นมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งต่อฟังก์ชันการทำงานหลักของแอปพลิเคชัน (App Functionality) โดยเราจะนำข้อมูลไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้:
- ใช้ในการประมวลผลและประเมินภาวะโภชนาการของเด็กตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของกรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข
- ใช้ในการซิงค์และเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลค่าน้ำหนักและส่วนสูงเข้าสู่ระบบฐานข้อมูลกลาง (KidDiary) อย่างปลอดภัย เพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถติดตามประวัติสุขภาพและการเจริญเติบโตรายบุคคลได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะไม่ได้ถูกประมวลผลแบบชั่วคราว (Not processed ephemerally) แต่จะถูกส่งไปจัดเก็บอย่างปลอดภัยบนระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์หลังบ้านเพื่อประโยชน์ในการติดตามผลทางการแพทย์
ทางผู้พัฒนาจะไม่มีการแชร์ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งานให้แก่บุคคลที่สามที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และจะไม่มีการนำข้อมูลไปใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา การตลาด หรือการติดตามพฤติกรรมใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
3. การเก็บรักษาและระยะเวลาในการเก็บข้อมูล (Data Retention Policy)
เรามีนโยบายการจัดเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูล ดังนี้:
- เราจะจัดเก็บรักษาข้อมูลสุขภาพและข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่บัญชีผู้ใช้งานยังคงมีสถานะเปิดใช้งานอยู่ หรือตลอดระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานในโครงการระบบฐานข้อมูล KidDiary ในการติดตามสุขภาพเด็ก
- เมื่อข้อมูลดังกล่าวหมดความจำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ หรือเมื่อบัญชีผู้ใช้งานถูกยกเลิกเป็นการถาวร ทางระบบจะดำเนินการทำลาย ลบ หรือจัดเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ (Anonymized) ให้เป็นไปตามแนวนโยบายการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลของ NECTEC และกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) ของประเทศไทย
4. การร้องขอให้ลบข้อมูล (Data Deletion Requests)
ผู้ใช้งานและหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดมีสิทธิ์ในการร้องขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลออกจากระบบได้ตลอดเวลา โดยสามารถดำเนินการได้ดังนี้:
- ส่งคำร้องขอผ่านทางอีเมลของทีมพัฒนาที่: info@kiddiary.in.th
- เมื่อเราได้รับและตรวจสอบคำร้องขอเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทีมงานหลังบ้านจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลออกจากฐานข้อมูลหลักภายใน 30 วันทำการ เว้นแต่กรณีที่มีข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายหรือกฎระเบียบสาธารณสุขบังคับให้ต้องจัดเก็บไว้
5. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลสุขภาพทั้งหมดที่ถูกเก็บรวบรวมผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน KidSize จะถูกเข้ารหัสระหว่างการรับส่งข้อมูล (Encrypted in transit) โดยใช้โปรโตคอลความปลอดภัยขั้นสูง (HTTPS) ก่อนที่จะถูกส่งไปจัดเก็บยังระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ฐานข้อมูลกลางที่มีมาตรการควบคุมการเข้าถึงอย่างเข้มงวด

Privacy Policy for KidSize Application

This Privacy Policy applies to the KidSize mobile application, developed and maintained by the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Thailand.
1. Information We Collect
The KidSize app is designed exclusively for authorized healthcare personnel and officials. To provide core functionality, we collect the following data:
- Health and Fitness Data: Weight, height, and calculated Body Mass Index of children. This data is collected via connected KidSize Bluetooth scales or manual entry.
- Account Information: User IDs and authentication credentials provided by the system administrator. (The app does not support public account registration).
2. How We Use Your Information
Data collection is strictly required for the app's functionality. We use the data to:
- Evaluate nutritional status based on the collected weight and height.
- Synchronize the health data to the secure central KidDiary database for continuous health tracking.
- Data is not processed ephemerally; it is transmitted off the device and stored securely on our servers.
We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties, and we never use your data for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes.
3. Data Retention Policy (How Data is Retained)
We are committed to minimizing data storage. Our data retention practices are as follows:
- We retain the collected health data and account information for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes of the KidDiary system, or as long as the authorized user account remains active.
- Once the data is no longer needed for its intended purpose, or if an account is permanently deactivated, the associated data will be securely archived or deleted in accordance with NECTEC's data governance policies and applicable data protection laws.
4. Data Deletion Requests
Users have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time. To request data deletion:

- Upon receiving a verifiable request, we will process the deletion of your data from our active databases within 30 days, provided there are no overriding legal or regulatory obligations to retain it.
5. Data Security
All user data collected by the KidSize app is encrypted in transit using secure protocols (HTTPS) before being transmitted to and stored on our centralized servers.
